HELLO!!
My name is Maranyelin Quezada, I am 19 years old, Dominican, and currently a sophomore at Stony Brook University. Friends would describe me as being bubbly, outspoken, and resourceful (and yes I asked them :-D). At this time I intend to major in Economics, minor in Leadership, and attain my MBA while at Stony Brook. Leadership has been a part of me ever since I was a little girl in elementary school. Taking the leading roles in all school plays, being on the executive board of all the clubs I was a part of, and being the founder of many organizations in high school, are just a couple of the many ways I have been involved. Along with all the community service I have done, those are some of the many reasons why I do consider myself to be a leader.

I love how you used the word leadership as a acronym for your definition of leadership. It was really creative and got directly to the point of your interpretation of a leader.

Maranyelin,
I'm so impressed with you. Thank you for coming to Stony Brook. You are a leader and I'm very proud that you are a member of our academic community. Keep up the eportoflio and reflection for your application into the MBA program. I love the way you write. You draw the reader in to your reflections. Good job. You are a leader and you're changing the world.
