This is Cherry! 

     This semester is kind of tough for me because I enrolled seven classes. I like to challenge myself this time. I have an economics class for my major. It is about decision making for management science. Most of the class is about math so it really freaks me out. But the professor makes it pretty easy to understand and gives us enough examples. I love that way.

     Another one is business class named principles of finance. I enrolled this class just for my interest. It is not required, but I want to learn more about finance so that I can have foundation of business. The professor is so humorous and knowledgeable that makes the whole class full of laugh. He is the best professor I ever met.  The most challenge class I take this semester is American political history. I can barely catch the concept and there is no note of that class. As a foreigner, I feel a little hard so I spend most time on studying that course.

     What I take for DEC class are philosophy and European culture. Both are huge classes but they have a totally different ways to teach. I have lots of fun in philosophy class because we always do logical games and have competitions. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone try to participate into the game. On the contrary, the professor in European class keeping telling us about Homer. He speaks quite fast and I can’t stop taking notes.

     The last class I take this semester is writing workshop. We just have like twenty people in the class and we are all free to talk in class. It is pretty fun because I don’t feel much pressure from this class. I will try to fall in love with writing for this interesting class.
