Throughout my semester as a WRT 102 student I have learned a great deal in my writing. For one, I know to never address an author by just their first name, and instead must either say their full name or just their last name. I have also been able to express myself greatly through my Creative Self Portrait, in which I describe my relationship with personal injury. Although this was my favorite of all the writing assignments, the argumentative piece that I wrote on raising the drinking age was definitely the most interesting because I was able to integrate, both information I had already known and new information that helped to solidify a great argument. Last, but not least my analysis essay on Susan Sontag and Ashraf Rushdy helped me to explore the analytical part of myself that I did not know I had, which definitely helped to broaden my writing potential for the future. All in all, I hope you enjoy my portfolio.
