When I received my first professional camera (named Cameron), I was in high school. A teacher who always inspired me to learn more and to really apply my education to the real world is Ms. Alison Berger Goldstein. She taught me Latin for 2 years and within that short span, I grew to memorizing Latin mottos and identifying the different types of columns (Doric, Ionic, Corinthian). New York City is comprised of buildings with elaborate architecture. Some of them contain Roman columns, something that I absolutely love to photograph. The impact of Roman culture and the Latin language in my life have influenced the tabs on the left. Natura (nature), Cibum (food) and Architectura (Architecture) are often times the center of my photographs.

All of my cameras are my go-to friends during summer walks. They have kept pleasant company and have provided a sense of peace and tranquility. I use a Canon Rebel XS, my handy dandy phone, and a black Canon Elph 330.

(Sorry, I'm not a Nikon fan.)
