The key to our success as a group in BME Senior Design was communication, organization, and punctuality. As a group we appointed one person as the leader/manager and this person was in charge of organizing the assignments and handing out assignments to the group members. Every week we would have a team meeting to discuss our progress and what direction our project was headed in. Having these meetings would help our group understand what was going on and each member could voice their opinion about the project therefore giving us more than one option to build on. Punctuality was a major ingredient in our success as a team because every assignment and project was handed in on time and we had time to reflect on our work if there were any changes necessary.

As for individual success we had a diverse group of people that had different strengths. Will Henson took iniative in the programming sector of the project in which he excels in MatLab and LabView. Max Yakovlev has interest in genetics andg genetic engineering which helped our group with design ideas. Kevin Guerrero excels in chemistry and general lab work which helped our team with project management and design. Amit Guruprasad has experience with prototype design and testing which also helped the team with project design.
