Leadership Article

      The Leadership Article class discussion was the one time each student was to choose an article having to do with leadership, and ask questons while leading a group discussion about the article. 

Leadership Article Summary

      My article was about how in todays economy we have so many managers and bosses but not many leaders. The article says that most people are taught to be managers and bosses but the problem is not many of them are leaders and that issue affects everyone in the workplace. 

     My overall response to the questions and issues I talked about was that I believe that we dont have the leaders we need because most people are not taught how to lead. People are taught to follow orders and not listen. If we shifted that idea and taught people all throughout the management chain leadership skills, then maybe we would be able to bridge the idea gaps and information gaps in corporate America and even the world.
