Skills, Strengths and Experience

       I believe that those who succeed, push themselves throughout their lives through their experiences so they can learn and develop as a leader and more so a well rounded individual.

Skills -

      My skills have grown over the years to so many that I will just give a general overview, camping and survival skills, computer and organizational, group leadership, and speaking skills. 

Strengths -

      My strengths are organization and delegation through leadership and business styles. I have learned to organize and lead through years of schooling, Boy Scouts and work experience.

Experiences -

      I have been at all different levels on the leadership or managemnet pryamid. I have held these different positions during my years as a scout, Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, Quartermaster, Troop Guide, Junior Assistant Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster. Along with those positions in which I used leadership skills everyday, I have been project manager at my job and have been team leader on many of my school group projects. I use what I have learned in class to even teach my boss a few things about organization and leadership. Everyday is a new leadership experience in my eyes.
