Student Leadership Practices Inventory

      These scores are ratings for the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The practices are, Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.  My areas that are more well developed are Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision,and Challenge the Process. The areas that I need to develop further are Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart.

      My observer scores vary a little but they are acurate. In my life, my leadership styles or how I act around different people may let them view me in different ways but every way they see me is a way I am. 

      This semester I can improve my leadership skills by working on how I let other people contribute more and recognize their importance and skills. Also I will work on letting others step up more and take initiatives so they can learn instead of always answering first.
