I am currently a Linguistics major at Stony Brook University.  I would eventually love to become a speech and language pathologist and work in a school.  I love art and have been drawing and painting for about 10 years now.  I've also been singing since I was very young.  I love making people laugh.  Having a sense of humor is the key to enjoying life.  I am extremely hard working and don't let anything get in my way of pursuing my dreams.  Becoming a speech therapist would allow me to work with people who really need my help and that's why it's such an important career.  It would give me the chance to help others overcome their personal obstacles and reach their dreams as well.
