Welcome and wake up~
The Waking: Theodore Roethke
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I feel my fate in what I cannot fear.
I learn by going where I have to go.
I feel my fate in what I cannot fear.
I learn by going where I have to go.
We think by feeling. What is there to know?
I hear my being dance from ear to ear.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Of those so close beside me, which are you?
God bless the Ground! I shall walk softly there,
And learn by going where I have to go.
Light takes the Tree; but who can tell us how?
The lowly worm climbs up a winding stair;
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Great Nature has another thing to do
To you and me, so take the lively air,
And, lovely, learn by going where to go.
This shaking keeps me steady. I should know.
What falls away is always. And is near.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I learn by going where I have to go.

Christine,
I am extremely impressed with your ePortfolio, having gone through over 100 so far. I love the layout and your organization and choice of cotton candy colors.
If you could take a quick survey about ePortfolios, that would be very helpful to the ePortfolio department.
Thank you

STELLAR! Christine, this is showcase work. Do you see how the eportfolio allows you to give evidence of your leadership skills and abilities, because you are a leader! I want you to continue the process. Organize the eportfolio next semester so you can add your LDS 102 work. Stop by the Faculty Center and I'll show you how to organize this to your advantage. Don't stop now. You're the Real Deal and let the world know!
Change the world, Christine!

Christine,
Tremendous improvements since the last time I looked at your ePortfolio! It looks really great.
We will be featuring you as a model ePortfolio. Looking towards the future, try to add some more to your ePortfolio about your on campus involvement, course work for other classes, and if you have any work experience or internships.
Also, since you have such a great ePortfolio, I would change your settings to make it public instead of just viewable within Stony Brook University.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need suggestions,

Hello Christine,
Your ePortfolio looks great!
Just a few suggestions:
-Move your creative expressions project to the appropriate section, and come up with something creative and inviting for your welcome page.
-Keep filing out as many sections as you can, and keep things up to date.
-Delete all of the pre loaded instructions from each section, after you have completed that section.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us at ePortfolio@stonybrook.edu
