My Travels
Though my family rarely journies outside of Long Island, I've visited a multitude of places around the island itself! Below are a few pictures chronicaling my traels!
Me at the Maritime Museum (mmmm oysters!)
My travels along the wineries of Long Island!
Purim Play!
For my freshman, sophomore, and junior years of high school, I acted in a play put on by the synogauge I attended to chronicle the tale of the holiday Purim (in many different styles and variations). Below is a picture of Purim according to Walt Disney! (Who's the handsome looking puppet?)
Cruise Ship
In August of 2011, I took my first cruise ship ride down around the skirts of New York City all the way to the Statue of Liberty! While I've been to New York City many times before, this was by far the coolest view I had ever had of the greatest city in the world!
Natural Helpers
In high school, I was nominated by my fellow peers to be a part
of an organization called Natural Helpers who dedicated themselves
to helping or giving support to those who needed it or
had no where else to go. This program changed my life, and
training weekend for upcoming natural helpers was a weekend
which will forever be unforgettable. If you ever feel stuck, don't
be afraid. There's always someone to turn to!
Mr. Glenn
I was chosen by my fellow highschool classmates to participate in a competition dubbed "The Mr. Glenn Competition" after our own highschool John H. Glenn. The competition was to display 10 males in the senior class that best represented our school and it's students. I won "Best Answer to a Philisophical Question"
(P.S. I'm the one dressed as Batman)
