In the summer of 2012, I helped my parents build an oyster hatchery to accompany their successful twenty-something year old oyster farm
Under "Introduction: Logistics.." you can find information about the general structure of the hatchery as well as some basic concepts about the growth of oyster seed.
Underneath "Daily Operations.." you will find information that mostly describes the problems we overcame throughout the summer and my participation in the operation of the hatchery.
