To Add a Gallery Module

 

1. Log in to stonybrook.digication.com and click on your ePortfolio

 

2. Click on the page that you would like to add content to.

 

3. If you have already added a module to this page, you can add another module by clicking the green 'Add a Module' button on the right side of the page (pictured below). This will cause a grey box listing the different types of modules to appear. If you have not added a module to the page you are working on, this box will appear on its own.

 

 

4. In the grey box, you'll notice that 'Rich Text' is highlighted by default. Click the 'Gallery' module and then click the green 'Add This Module' button in the bottom right corner of the grey box (pictured below). 

 

 

5. Click 'Add Media' in order to add images (pictured below).

 

 

 

6. By default, the 'From My Computer' tab will be selected. You may browse for files from your computer or click the 'Media From Web' tab to upload media (pictured below).

 

 

7. Click 'Done' after your media has been uploaded (pictured below).

 

 

**To add a caption to your images, click 'Edit Caption', type your caption, and then click the green 'Save Caption' button (pictured below).

 

 

 

8. If you want to add more images than you initially selected, then simply click the 'Add Media' button again (pictured below).

 

 

 

9. To change the order that your images are displayed, simply click and drag the image. To replace an image you've already uploaded with another, click the 'Change Image/Video' button (pictured below).

 

 

9. Choose how you would like your image thumbnails to be displayed by clicking one of the three options listed next to 'Select Thumbnail Layout' (located to the left of the green 'Add Media' button and underneath the 'View Gallery', 'Edit', 'Publish', and 'Delete' tabs at the top of your module) (pictured below).

 

 

 

You may click the 'View Gallery' tab at the top of your module to view your gallery.

 

10. Click the 'Publish' tab at the top of the module to allow others to view your media.
