How do I create a Story Board?

DRAFT: This module has unpublished changes.

**Creating a story board is the same as uploading a gallery of images**

For a visual guide on creating Galleries, click on Understanding Galleries

Once you upload an image, you may add a caption to the image. Having related images and captions allows for a storyboard that is unique and attractive to viewers.

1. Log in to stonybrook.digication.com and click on your ePortfolio

2. Click on the page that you would like to add content to.

3. If you have already added a module to this page, you can add another module by clicking the green 'Add a Module' button on the left side of the page (underneath your section box). This will cause a grey box listing the different types of modules to appear. If you have not added a module to the page you are working on, this box will appear on its own.

4. In the grey box, click the 'Gallery' module and then click the green 'Add This Module' button in the bottom left corner of the grey box.

5. Click the 'Edit' tab and then click 'Add Media' in order to add multiple images.

6. Find and Upload your images.

7. If you want to add more images than you initially selected, then simply click the 'Add Media' button again.

8. To change the order that your images are displayed, simply click and drag the image. To replace an image you've already uploaded with another, click the 'Change Image/Video' button.

9. Choose how you would like your image thumbnails to be displayed by clicking one of the three options listed next to 'Select Thumbnail Layout' (located to the left of the green 'Add Media' button and underneath the 'View Gallery', 'Edit', 'Publish', and 'Delete' tabs at the top of your module)

10. Click the 'View Gallery' tab at the top of your module to view your gallery.

11. Click the 'Publish' tab at the top of the module to allow others to view your media.

12.  To move your module around your page in relation to other modules, click the 'View Media' tab at the top of your module. A tab labeled 'Drag to Reorder' will appear above the upper right corner of your module. Click and drag your module to your desired location.
