Ezra Margono is a digital photographer specializing in travel photography and photojournalism.
His interest in visual storytelling sparked with his mother's old film camera in middle school. He developed the hobby into a passion in high school, where he worked as an assistant for Dyana Van Campen. He also worked as editor-in-chief and head photographer for his high school yearbook.
His work in photography led him to The Statesman, Stony Brook University's award winning non-profit news organization. His skill in digital photography and storytelling improved during his tenure as the organization's photo editor, then as a managing editor in his senior year.
Ezra enjoys working with a Canon 40D. When not shooting with a digital sensor, he explores the film format in 35mm, 120mm and 4x5mm.
