Benevolent Computing is using information technology and software to help the disadvantaged and needy. Benevolent Computing is computing for the good of humanity.

Our project is to create a Mobile Voter app for college students. It will give them the information they need to vote along with who is up for election. This is a Benevolent Computing project because if student voters have easy access to the information they need to vote, the more students will vote. This will benefit society by encouraging students to become life-long participats in our democracy.
