6-week summer sessions are a great opportunity to help students stay on track with there major or finish up general requirement classes. This past summer I have taken this opportunity to finish up my physics classes required for my major. The difference between regular semesters and summer sessions is that students can fully focus on one or two courses. The challenges are that in a shorter amount of time the same amount of work is required and psychologically speaking it also poses a great obstacle to find the self-discipline to wake up on time in the morning! I highly recommend carpooling and a study buddy it really helps to keep you focused.
