Hi!

My name is Marissa MacAneney and I am from Holtsville, New York on Long Island. I am currently an undergraduate student at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York.

I am double majoring in Biochemistry and Integrative Molecular Neuroscience and hope to attend medical school and obtain my MD degree. Ever since I can remember I have wanted to pursue a career in medicine and my undergraduate experiences in research, publications and volunteer work have confirmed that pursuit.

Besides my interest in medicine, I love running and I am currently training for a half-marathon. I also love baking, playing tennis and going to the beach. I have two dogs, a black lab named 'Nike' and a puggle named 'Kali' who I spend a lot of my free time with.
