I found all of the safety courses to be beneficial when working in a lab setting. I learned many new techniques for waste management and precautionary measures to take while in the laboratory. The online format of the safety courses was easy to use and convenient. I think safety is the most important aspect of working in a lab and I'm glad Stony Brook takes it so seriously.
