Recommendations

• Its a smart business decision to expand internationally, but Target should look into opening stores in the three states that currently do not have a Target. Those states are Alaska, Hawaii, and Vermont.
• Since there is a high employee turn over rate, they should investigate as into why people are constantly quiting and try to solve the problem.
• Increase wages/hours for store team members
•  Due to the down economy and more people are going towards cheaper products, Target should maybe lean towards focusing less on quality of products and have products and prices similar to their main competition.
• Increase in advertising on mobile apps and sporting events.
