This project was in Business Process Management, which analyzes current business methods and processes and poses solutions to improve them.

Our group looked at SolarCity, an environmental company that leases solar panels to customers at no-upfront cost.

We focused on SolarCity's audit process which involves sending employees to a customer's home to see if the home is a good candidate for solar panels. We looked to improve the process via management methods that include Lean Management and Six Sigma. Lastly, we determined whether or not SolarCity could use cloud computing to improve its current business processes.
