This project was for my Information Management class ISE 320.

      Ticketmaster has always been a part of my life as I have loved music and going to concerts forever. Ticketmaster is the industry leader in event ticket sales. 

       The reason I chose Ticketmaster for my information management project was that it's everything that I am interested in. Ticketmaster combines business with information systems and coding and entertainment. Since my major is Technological Systems Management and my minor is Information Systems and I am a musician, Ticketmaster was the perfect company to research.

        My presentation displayed below talks about Ticketmaster's history, business strategy, competition, Information Technology components, emerging technology and competitive advantage.

        My group members and I looked at Ticketmaster's Interactive Seat Map, which is an online platform that allows customers to view an arena's seating chart with up-to-date inventory data. This allows ticket buyers to choose seats based on best available, price, location and number of tickets.
