Who am I?

I graduated with a bachelor degree in chemical engineer with a Renewable Energy minor and a mathematics minor at University of Nevada, Reno.  Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in chemical engineering at University of Michigan, making me one step closer to achieving my dream of researching to satisfy my curiosity and sharing knowledge to others about my discoveries.

My family consists of my mom, my dad, and my younger brother.  My parents have both influenced and encouraged me in pursuing my goal of obtaining a doctorate.  My mom has taught me math and helped me with my homework assignments, while my dad has discussed with me about technology and computer programming.  From tutoring my brother, I have learned that I love to teach others.

Renewable energy and nanotechnology are interests of mine; I want to be part of these growing fields by utilizing nanotechnology to improve the energy efficiency of renewable energy resources.

I am an avid reader of fantasy, supernatural, mystery, and thrillers.  During my free time, I would either read a good novel or browse the internet for any amateur works to read.  My favorite books are Crime and Punishment and The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes

In the future, I would like to live in Tokyo, Japan for a bit because I love the city and culture.
