I grew up in a very small town in upstate New York called Elizabethtown. It is about 2 hours north of the state capital, Albany, and about 40 minutes east of Lake Placid, the site of the 1980 Winter Olympics. It currently has a population of approximately 1,200 people.

I attended Elizabethtown-Lewis Central School which held Kindergarten through 12th grade in the same building and averaged about 300 students. I played 3 sports: soccer (7th-11th), basketball (7th-11th) , and softball (7th, 10th). Featured above are photos of our Section Seven Championship teams for both soccer (top) and basketball (bottom). Also, I graduated at the age of 17 after completing my junior and senior year at once.

I have been a part of Elizabethtown-Lewis Ambulance Squad, my local EMS, since May of 2012. The experiences I have had with this agency, have changed my life forever. In the process of changing my life, it has allowed me to make many life-long relationships with amazing people who continue to inspire me every day.
